This policy explains how Coltsen LLC (“Coltsen”, “we”) handles information collected through coltsen.com (the “site”). It does not cover our apps. Each app has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that app.

What we collect

The site does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically record technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages requested. We use it to operate, secure and improve the site.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle email, who may use it only on our behalf; when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public; or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where it is processed

Coltsen is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site, you understand that your information may be transferred there.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email support@coltsen.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Other websites

The site may link to websites we don’t control, such as app stores. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new version here and changing the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
