These terms apply to coltsen.com (the “site”), operated by Coltsen LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Coltsen”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Each of our apps has its own terms and privacy policy. When you use an app, its terms apply, along with the terms of the store you got it from, such as the Apple App Store.
Using the site
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without notice.
Information on the site
The site describes Coltsen and our products for general information only. Descriptions, features, availability and pricing may change and are not a promise that a product will be released or will work in a particular way. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or other professional advice.
Our content
The Coltsen name, product names, logos and site content belong to Coltsen LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission.
Messages you send us
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely, without obligation or payment to you.
Other websites
The site may link to websites and services we don’t control, such as app stores. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Coltsen LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coltsen LLC from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
General
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
